The S16 includes the same preheat function as our other button-equipped pens: hold the button for 10 seconds to warm the coil before your first draw. This is the practical fix for thick oils and idle devices – warm the oil, then puff. The 2.0/2.6Ω coil pair covers standard distillate and thinner blends. If your formulation is unusual – very thick, very terpene-heavy – we test it against both coils and tell you which one produces the profile you want. This is part of our ODM service; we do not ship a device and hope the oil works, we match the hardware to the liquid before you commit to production.

Five colorways are standard. The body is baked enamel or thermal transfer printing with UV finish, in custom colors. The mouthpiece and bottom cap are plastic in custom colors, and the LED light can be set to your brand color.
