The S16-2 is a 510-thread cartridge built for extractors who want control. It offers six resistance options, two capacities, and top filling, all in a transparent tank that shows off your product. It is not a one-size-fits-all cart; it is a set of choices so you can match the hardware to your formulation.

Different oils vaporize best at different temperatures, and resistance is how you control that. A thick distillate wants a lower resistance coil that runs hot; a thin, terpene-rich oil wants a higher resistance that runs cool. The S16-2 gives you six options – 1.7, 2.0, 2.45, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 ohms – so you can dial in the exact heating profile your oil needs. Most cartridge suppliers offer one or two resistances and make you adapt your oil to their hardware. We offer six and let you keep your formulation exactly as you perfected it.

The S16-2 fills from the top, which is the workflow most filling operations prefer – it is faster, cleaner and works with standard filling equipment. The 7mm 510 thread means it screws onto any standard 510 battery your customers already own. That is a real advantage for brands: you are not asking customers to buy a new battery system; you are selling cartridges that work with the batteries they have.

Both capacities are available. The 0.5ml cart is the classic single-use size, ideal for trial SKUs and events. The 1.0ml version holds more of your product per unit – better value for the end user and fewer carts to fill for the same volume. You can run both SKUs from the same filling line with minimal changeover.

The S16-2 body is rubber paint with UV finish in custom colors, the mouthpiece is plastic in custom colors, and the transparent tank shows your oil – which matters when your product’s color and clarity are part of your quality story. We can match your brand colors and logo. Because this is a cartridge for extractors, we also work with you on wicking material and coil geometry to suit your specific oil’s viscosity.
