MOQ starts at 10,000–30,000 units per flavor depending on the product series. If you're launching something new and need flexibility, talk to us — we work with brands at different stages.
We don't hand you a checklist. Our regulatory team submits everything on your behalf — data files, notification fees, the lot. You review and sign off. We do the rest.
Depends on what you're building. If we already have the mold, flavor development and production runs about 4 weeks, plus 2 weeks shipping — so roughly 6 weeks. TPD registration runs in parallel, so that doesn't add to your timeline. Custom tooling projects take around 3 months, sometimes faster depending on complexity. We give you a firm timeline during the quote — no guessing.
Yes. Our R&D lab formulates proprietary profiles from scratch. We've got 1,000+ base recipes to start from, or we build something entirely new. Either way, the formula stays yours.
Yes. Full MHRA notification support is included in our 6S system. Post-Brexit, this is a separate process from TPD — and we handle both.
