Here is the business case for a pod system in the CBD category: the device gets you the customer; the pods keep them. A disposable gives you one sale. A pod system gives you the device sale plus a stream of pod purchases – and the customer is locked into your pod format as long as the device works. The P02 is our answer to that opportunity: a slim, screened pod device that makes the refill economy easy for the user and profitable for the brand.

The P02 is a slim 102mm pen with a replaceable pod. The user pops in a 0.5ml or 1ml pod, vapes it, and pops in a fresh one when it runs out. The device itself stays – the battery, screen and electronics are all in the body, which means the user only repurchases the pod, not the whole unit. For the brand, pods are cheaper to manufacture than complete devices, which gives you better margin on the repeat purchase.

The P02 has an LED screen showing battery level and puff count, with a button for power. The screened UI can carry your logo and brand colors, and it gives the pod system a premium feel that many pod devices lack. At 25 x 12 x 102mm, the P02 keeps the slim pen profile users expect from CBD devices – it does not look like a clunky boxy pod system.

Pods come in 0.5ml and 1ml capacities with 2.0/2.6Ω coils. The choice lets you tailor the refill price point: a 0.5ml pod for a lower entry price, a 1ml pod for the value option. Because the pod is replaceable, you can also iterate on the pod design – new flavors, new capacities – without touching the device. The transparent pod shows the oil level, and the pod design can carry your branding directly.

Three reasons, in order of frequency. One: repeat revenue – the device sells once, the pods sell forever. Two: switching costs – a customer with a P02 device is not buying a competitor’s disposable next week; they are buying your pods. Three: sustainability messaging – the user keeps the device and only replaces the pod, which is a story you can tell to environmentally conscious customers. The P02 turns the disposable CBD habit into a relationship.

Five colorways are standard. The body uses anodized sandblasting with UV finish in custom colors, the mouthpiece and bottom cap are plastic in custom colors, and the pod itself is transparent and customizable. The slim profile and screened UI give the P02 a modern, considered look that supports a premium brand position.

Let us be concrete about the economics. A complete disposable sells once and ends. With the P02, the device carries one margin, and each pod carries its own margin – and because the pod is a simpler product than a full device, its production cost is lower relative to its retail price. Brands we work with typically price pods to be the repeat purchase that carries the line, and they use the device itself as the acquisition tool, sometimes even discounting it in bundles. That structure is exactly why the pod format has become the standard for brands with subscription ambitions.
