The C25 started from a simple observation we kept hearing from CBD brands: a vape pen that sits on a dispensary shelf for two seconds either gets picked up or gets ignored. Most pens look the same, so the decision comes down to shape and screen. We took that seriously with the C25. At 107mm long and only 12mm thick, it reads as a slim bar rather than a tube. That extra length is not decoration – it gives the hand something to hold, gives the label room to breathe, and makes the device stand upright on a shelf without a stand.

The LED screen on the C25 is a deliberate choice. We have watched customers in stores pick up a device, tap the button, and wait to see if the screen lights up. That moment of feedback matters. The display shows battery level and puff count, so the end user always knows where they stand. For a brand, the screen is also a piece of real estate: we can pre-load your logo animation or a brand color on boot, which sounds small until you see two competing pens side by side and one lights up in your colors.

We offer the C25 in 1ml and 2ml liquid capacities with a fixed 1.2Ω coil. The 1.2Ω value is a middle ground: it produces visible vapor without overheating distillate, which is the failure mode we see most often in cheap CBD disposables. Distillate that is too thick for the coil gets burnt, and a burnt first puff kills repeat purchases. With 1.2Ω, the coil heats steadily enough to vaporize most CBD oils while staying gentle on thinner terpene-heavy blends. If your formulation runs on the thick side, talk to us before ordering – we can adjust the wick material and coil spacing so your oil performs instead of charring.

Six colorways are standard, but the real customization is in the details. The body uses rubber paint or oxidized sandblasting with a UV top coat, both in custom colors. The mouthpiece is plastic in your color, the bottom cap is plastic in your color, and the screen UI can carry your logo or a custom boot animation. We have done runs where the brand put their gradient across the whole body and the screen matched it pixel for pixel. It is not a sticker slapped on a white shell; the color is part of the mold and coating process.

Packaging is part of the program too. We can supply the carton with your artwork, including the required warning panels and child-resistant considerations for the markets you target. The C25 ships with a Type-C cable in the box – a small thing, but it avoids the support emails that come from customers trying to charge a 280mAh device with a micro-USB cable they no longer own.

If your brand positions itself as premium and you sell through physical retail, the C25 earns its place. The bar shape photographs well, the screen gives you a differentiator on the shelf, and the 107mm length gives your label artwork actual space instead of a tiny wrap-around strip. It is also a strong choice for private-label programs where the same device is sold under different brands – the mold accepts different coatings, so two clients can run the same chassis with completely different looks.

For retailers, the 1.2Ω coil means fewer returns. The most common complaint in the category is “it tastes burnt” and most of those cases trace back to coils that run too hot for the oil. The C25’s coil selection and the option to match wicking to your oil viscosity directly attack that problem at the manufacturing stage instead of leaving it to customer service.
