Based in Dongguan, China, we've grown into a vape manufacturer with 500+ employees, a monthly capacity of 9 million units, and clients in over 40 countries. But numbers only tell part of the story.
How We Became a Leading Vape Manufacturer in China
The vape industry in China moves fast — sometimes too fast. When we started in 2019, the market was flooded with trading companies pretending to be factories. We wanted to be the opposite: a real manufacturer with real capabilities, that brands could actually rely on.
Early on, we focused on building a solid R&D team. Not just engineers who could follow a spec, but people who understood flavor profiles, airflow dynamics, and battery safety at a level that actually matters. That 7+ years of combined experience? It came from hundreds of projects, thousands of iterations, and a lot of late nights.
By 2021, we had outgrown our original space. We moved into a larger facility in Dongguan, invested in automated production lines, and — this was a big step — built our own national-standard testing laboratory. Most factories at our scale outsource testing. We brought it in-house because we got tired of waiting 3 weeks for third-party lab results.
Today, we serve brands in 40+ countries, hold ISO triple certification, and file TPD and MHRA applications directly for our clients. We're not the biggest factory in China. But we might be the most hands-on.
